What VIP actually means here
It means the vehicle, the discretion and the planning — not a badge. In practice the difference between a standard transfer and a VIP one is the car that turns up, the driver assigned to it, and how much of the journey is arranged before you arrive rather than decided on the day.
The V-Class is the vehicle most of this work uses: captain seats facing one another, privacy glass and room to hold a conversation or ignore everyone and work. For larger parties the Vito and the Sprinter carry more people, and the fleet page lists exactly what each seats and holds.
Discretion, and what we do not do
Drivers on these bookings do not discuss passengers, itineraries or destinations with anyone. We do not photograph vehicles with clients in them, we do not name clients in marketing, and we do not publish testimonials that identify anyone. If you need a confidentiality agreement in place before travelling, ask and we will sign one.
What we are not is a security operator. We do not provide close protection, armoured vehicles or counter-surveillance, and we will tell you that rather than improvise. If your requirement genuinely needs those things, you need a specialist firm — we work alongside them regularly and the transport side integrates fine.
Multi-vehicle and recurring work
Delegations, production crews and events often need several cars moving on the same schedule. That is arranged as one booking with one point of contact rather than as separate reservations, so a delayed flight moves the whole group rather than half of it. Billing can run through a corporate account with consolidated monthly invoicing instead of per-journey payment.
