About PortAventura World
PortAventura World is Spain's #1 theme park resort and the 4th most visited in Europe, located 95 km southwest of Barcelona near the town of Salou on the Costa Daurada.
The resort comprises three parks: PortAventura Theme Park (6 themed worlds including Polynesia, Far West, China, Mexico, and SésamoAventura), Ferrari Land(Europe's only Ferrari theme park), and Caribe Aquatic Park (open summer season).
The journey by private transfer takes approximately 70 minutes via the AP-7 motorway — compared to 1.5–2 hours by a combination of train and shuttle bus, which is impractical with family luggage.

How much is a transfer from Barcelona to PortAventura World?
From €140 for an economy sedan, fixed per vehicle rather than per person, so a group pays once. A minivan for four to eight passengers is €180, and the full ladder is in the table above. The price excludes VAT and tolls: 10% VAT is added only if you ask for an invoice.
How long does the journey take?
95 km and about 70 minutes in normal traffic. Allow longer at rush hour and on summer weekends, when the coastal and inland roads out of Barcelona both carry holiday traffic. The fare does not change when the traffic does.
Will you drop us at the hotel or at the park entrance?
Wherever you need. The resort hotels, the park gates and the apartments in Salou nearby are all the same fare, because it is a door-to-door price rather than a drop at a single point. Give the hotel name when you book — the resort is large and the entrances are some distance apart.
Is a private transfer worth it for a family?
This is the route where it most often is. The fare is per vehicle, so two adults and two children pay once rather than four times, and the alternative involves a train plus a shuttle bus with luggage and tired children at the end of a flight. Compare the vehicle price against four tickets before deciding.
Can you collect us at the end of a late day at the park?
Yes. There is no last departure to run for, which matters here more than on most routes — the park runs late in season and the public connections thin out well before it closes. Book the return when you book the outbound and the car will be waiting at the time you set.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight by its number and move the pickup to the actual landing time at no charge. Airport pickups include 60 minutes of free waiting from touchdown, which covers passport control and baggage reclaim on all but the worst days.
Is this a private car or a shared shuttle?
Private. We never combine bookings, share the vehicle with other passengers or sell seats individually. The car is yours from the pickup to the door.
Booking and payment
Give us the pickup address, the date and the number of passengers, and the price is confirmed before you pay. It does not move afterwards — not for traffic, not for the hour of the day, and not for a public holiday. You can pay by card when you book or in cash to the driver, and cancellation is free up to 24 hours before pickup.
Book the vehicle by boot space rather than by seats. Seats and luggage are separate limits and the boot usually runs out first, particularly on a holiday route where people travel with full suitcases. Every car's capacity is listed on the fleet page, and child seats can be added at booking for a small fee — they are fitted before the car is dispatched, so they cannot be arranged on the day.
